1.4 National Accounts Management

During receipt entry, Accounts Receivable displays the transactions for all members of the national account at once, so you can quickly assign the payment to the applicable customer accounts.

1.5 AR-AP Settlements

AR-AP Settlements allows the settlement of open Receivable documents with open Payable documents, or vice versa. This is useful when the same company is defined as an A/R Customer as well as an A/P Vendor in Sage 300 ERP (Accpac).

AR-AP Settlements handles the functionality mentioned above, based on user-defined Settlement Groups. A/O allows you to settle open customer and vendor documents within a group easily. As a result, you may pay or receive only the balance amount after the settlement. Multiple companies from both A/R and A/P modules, having different currencies, can be included in the same Settlement Group.

AR-AP Settlements for Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) optionally allows One Sided Settlements when you settle open documents in Receivables against each other or open documents in Payables against each other.

The Intercompany Transactions module simplifies and significantly reduces the amount of work required to record General Ledger and Accounts Payable transactions across multiple companies. It allows warehouse personnel to define lot/serial tracking information for materials issued, returned and received in the warehouse.

Production Planning

AutoSimply's Production Planning module is an easy-to-use production scheduling and materials requirement planning solution for small to mediumsized enterprises. Shop Floor

The M/F Shop Floor Control (S/C) module allows users to record time entries and shop transactions of MO operations. It provides detailed production data between the release of MO to the receipt of MO order quantity.

Shop transactions include the setting up of the work station to the actual runtime and receipt of operation output. In addition, S/C also tracks the occurrence of station downtime (e.g. machine breakdown) and occasional indirect stoppage (e.g. meetings).

The S/C module effectively replaces the production logs with an online system linked to the MO data of M/F. With M/F, AutoSimply S/C provides management with operation status updates and periodic operation efficiencies and work station utilization data.
