Bachelor’s degree in IT for Business, Business Computer, Digital Business Technology, AIS, Digital Accounting, Accounting Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Service-minded with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and consulting skills
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Basic knowledge of core business processes (Finance, Sales, Procurement) is a plus
Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and system configuration
Ability to manage tasks with responsibility and meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn SAP solutions and emerging technologies
Positive attitude, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment
Good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred
Willingness to travel for project assignments in Bangkok, upcountry, and occasionally overseas.
Full working rights in Thailand

Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, customization, data migration, UAT, and go-live
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, identify issues, and propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and coordinate Technical Design Documents (TDD) with technical teams
Support system testing, including UAT and post go-live stabilization
Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful system adoption
Support existing clients and collaborate with internal teams on enhancements and implementations
Ensure solutions align with business requirements and project scope
Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and innovation
