Senior Functional Consultant

SAP S/4HANA ( Modules FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, IM/EWM )

Positions

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or ERP implementation
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices, Fit-to-Standard, and SAP Activate methodology
Functional expertise in core modules (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory)
Proven ability to lead project deliverables and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Experience in leading workshops, UAT, and documentation
Experience with system integration and end-to-end business processes is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English
Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel for project assignments

Lead end-to-end functional consulting for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects
Facilitate requirement gathering and Fit-to-Standard workshops aligned with SAP Best Practices
Design, configure, and optimize solutions across key business processes
Lead testing, support UAT, validate data migration, and ensure go-live readiness
Advise clients on business process standardization and Cloud ERP best practices
Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery
Ensure solution quality, compliance, and alignment with SAP standards and project governance
Act as Functional Lead to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and client expectations
Provide post go-live support to ensure successful system adoption
Support presales and business development activities (solution design, demo, proposal)
Coach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development
