Positions

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome
Basic understanding of ERP concepts, especially SAP solutions
Familiarity with cloud-based applications or SaaS environments is an advantage
Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori is a plus
Understanding of databases or data structures (SQL basic) is beneficial
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Service-minded with strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
Good command of English (reading technical documentation)
Willing to occasionally travel upcountry or overseas
Experience in IT support, ERP systems, or business applications is a plus
Thai nationality or full working rights in Thailand

Provide support for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition environments for customers
Monitor system usage, job status, and application performance via SAP tools (e.g., Fiori apps, SAP Cloud ALM)
Assist in configuration and basic setup of business processes within SAP S/4HANA Cloud (based on best practices)
Handle incident management, service requests, and issue resolution within SLA
Analyze reported issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with SAP or senior consultants when required
Support data migration, data upload, and validation activities
Assist in user management, roles, and authorization assignments
Provide post-go-live support and ensure smooth system operation
Collaborate with functional consultants and project teams for implementation and enhancements
Maintain documentation for issues, solutions, and system configurations
Stay updated with SAP Cloud releases and new features (quarterly upgrades)
Support end-user training and provide guidance on system usage
