Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system implementation, or technical consulting
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows OS, and Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with virtualization (VMware) and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam)
Knowledge of Linux (e.g., SUSE) and cloud platforms is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Solid technical and troubleshooting capabilities
HHigh responsibility, quick learning, self-confidence, and work under pressure
Service-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
Good command of English is an advantage
Willingness to travel upcountry and occasionally overseas
Must have full working rights in Thailand

Lead the software implementation and troubleshooting technical issues during the process
Provide program setting and/or upgrading to customers as required
Work with consultants in the team to provide support to clients to ensure smooth operations in the handing over process
Consult with clients and team members to provide directions and best practices
Support customers in technical terms upon requested
Design and consult of network system installation, also maintain of network system and server for customers and internal use
Investigate and test new Patch, summarize the effect on program, seek for solving methods and take action in timely manner
Provide knowledge sharing, productive feedback, and coaching to team members
Install and manage new system on cloud environment.
Manage internal server and network.
