Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome
Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Workstation, and SQL Server
Basic knowledge of SAP HANA, SUSE Linux, or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is an advantage
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Service-minded with good communication and troubleshooting ability
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Good command of English is an advantage
Willing to travel upcountry and occasionally overseas
Experience in IT business or related fields is a plus
Full working rights in Thailand

Install and configure SAP systems (SAP HANA, SUSE Linux, SAP on SQL) on both on-premise and cloud environments
Perform system installation, configuration, upgrade, and patch management
Provide post-implementation support to ensure system performance and stability
Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze impacts, and resolve problems in a timely manner
Design, implement, and maintain network systems and servers for customers
Research and test new technologies, patches, and improvements
Support client environments and collaborate with internal teams for solution delivery
Conduct technical training sessions for users and internal teams
